IFEANYI UBAH FC LOSES HER FIRST HOME MATCH; CHANGES TECHNICAL ADVISER AND COACH. O’STAR EZE

Amidst heavy downpours, Ifeanyi Ubah FC took on their opponent Wikki tourists FC today at Rojenny Stadium, Oba on sunday, June 28, 2015. From the look of things, the first half of the match had the two teams measuring up each other. The first half ended uneventfully.

During that interregnum, a group of young people were seen holding a banner bearing the write-ups ‘golden child football academy Eziowelle appreciates Dr.Ifeanyi Ubah for resurrecting football in Anambra state. Well done! Well done!! Well done!!!’
The second half commenced with the cessation of the rainfall. Dr Ifeanyi Ubah was spotted sporting an immaculate white shirt and blue jeans trousers. The fan clubs got more fired up in their music and the tempo of the match seemed to increase. The teams started getting physical and a couple of yellow cards were given to players from both teams.

Wikki Tourists made good use of a counter attack and scored a goal 60 minutes into the match. While the IfeanyiUbah boys showed a blend of skills and youthfulness, theWikki guys strength and experience combined proved a formidable force and a real challenge for them.

Series of throw-ins and corner kicks in favor of IfeanyiUbah FC could not save them and the game ended 1:0 in favour of Wikki Tourists FC.
Speaking with the press after the match, Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah, the owner of Ifeanyi Ubah FC said that the loss was a wake-up call for his team to buckle up and do their homework. He admitted that Wikki Tourists FC is not a quick push-over, though, he added, that his team had won them in the past. Dr. Ubah shared his optimism that his team will not be deterred from making the top of the tournament and promised Ifeanyi Ubah Football Club fans more wins in the future.
It was gathered by ostareze.com that Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah made good his promise of going to the drawing board and tightening up his team’s game by holding several meetings immediately after the match and ultimately the Bulgarian Technical Adviser, Mitko Dobrev was given a new post and sent on trainings, and his assistant Coach John Obu, appointed the new chief coach. In the same vein, Dr. IFeanyi Ubah appointed a new captain and bought him a new car. It was also announced that captainship in the team shall thenceforth be rotational.
